COME1 is a collective of rising creatives with a common passion for visuals. In the midst of a saturated industry, we understand the need for connections, inspiration and guidance. We are not just a community, we are a space providing resources, support, networking and endless possibilities. Founded in Florence, Italy, our goal is to be an essential tool by creatives, for creatives.
Opportunities, creativity and collaboration are brought to life through an omni-channel approach. Our bi-annually printed COME1 magazine will provide the opportunity for exposure of talent amongst members of our network. With experimentation at the forefront, each issue will tackle the multiple aspects behind the reality of the creator: what we create, how we create, and why we create.

THE PLATFORM
The COME1 landing page consists of an introduction for our members of the current issue’s theme. In this case, for our launch issue, viewers will access the COME1 team’s editorial take on Community.
The first value proposition for our platform is found within the networking opportunities we provide for young creatives. Once the application is approved, members have the opportunity of having their own profile on the COME1 website. Our database will be filtered via occupations and cities.
Members will then be able to tap into a profile of interest and learn more about the person they would be interested in contacting. Submissions will require portfolios, descriptions, pronouns, contact information, and so forth.
Another differentiating factor that sets COME1 apart from other professional social media platforms is it’s Wellness section. The platform provides members with articles and resources that tackle on the different aspects there are to being a creative. COME1 pushes forward the conversations we avoid on mentla health, from managing creative blockage all the way to the undiscussed toxicity behind creative sectors.
A significant struggle about being a young creative is the lack of opportunities to attend events and network with more experienced professionals. Thus, the COME1 platform also prioritizes the social calendar. This consists of a constantly-updated resource for members to find events they can attend, includind dates, timings, and addresses.
Because transparency and authenticity lie within our leading brand pillars, our digital platform also consists of the COME1 manifesto. Additionally, we provide a clear description of our purpose, who we look to join our community, and an accessible application form. The COME1 membership can be found in three packages: The Creator, The Recruiter, and Schools.
We seek for rising creatives, but we also provide platform access to industry professinals so that they have access to new talent to recruit. Additionally, schools can form partnerships with COME1 to grant enrolled students platform access.
Finally, our platform will also allow visitors to purchase out bi-annual printed issues. COME1 believes in an onmi-channel approach. It’s innovative, but appreciates craftsmanship and in the future and importance of print.
WHERE IS COME1 LAUNCHING?
Via in-depth market research, we have identified three stages to project launch: Italy, Europe & UK, and International Market Potential.
For its launch, COME1 is to be launched into the Italian market within key cultural hubs. Other considerated factors in the selection of these locations include the rise in entrepreneurial spirit, the rate of creative sector employment opportunities, and cities that are home to recognized academic institutions.
